My brother and I grew up loving and respecting the ocean. Our father once told us that “salt water is the cure for all ills: tears, sweat or the sea”. We’ve lived by this motto, and we’ve been happy.

In September 2018, the desire to return to work wasn’t the greatest, but it was necessary. The Wave came from my hands in this context. A simple piece, but strong enough to keep the memories of summer alive all year round.
I dedicated this piece to my two sea-men: my father, captain of the most beautiful boat in the world – ours; and my brother, who has patiently shown me his perspective on balance in life.

The macramé Wave is truly one of the pieces that I and my clients know and love the most. With such a strong family history it’s always a joy to know that every time I sell one it’s one more person who shares this story with me. Thank you for all the love!
